Ideally suited to a like-minded young professional late 20s – early 30s, with at least 6 month commitment would be ideal. No students, single occupancy only!

Our home is creative, spacious and light, with a large lounge for socialising, a good-sized kitchen and a small but functional shower room. There’s no garden, but we do have 2 roof terraces, which are lovely when the sun’s out!
We’re about 8 minutes walk from Churchill Square, 15 - 20 min from Brighton station and less than 5 min from the seafront. There’s a vast selection of local pubs and restaurants within minutes walking distance, with great food and/or ales.

A bit about us…
We’re both young professionals (Laura, 30 and Ben, 28) looking for a clean, considerate and sociable housemate with a good sense of humour to join our house-share, not just share the rent. We love going to the pub with friends, gigs and socialising at weekends, (partial to the occasional party), but during the week we like to keep the house relatively chilled out as we both work full time. We tend to buy house food/toiletries etc. together and enjoy cooking for each other and having film, darts and games nights.

The room is on the top floor and comes unfurnished. It is 12ft x 10ft (13ft at widest points) and features a period sash window with picturesque sea views over the rooftops behind. There is little/no traffic noise from the main road as the room is south – facing.
