Deliciously large + light room in best location!

This flat is super-lovely, with equally lovely flatmates. Sadly, I have to move away unexpectedly, otherwise I would stay for ages! The room is huge, light, easy to warm, with massive windows and the possibility of some furniture if you need it.

Kate and Rachael are delightful to live with - very easygoing, relaxed, chatty, creative, sociable and completely respectful of everyone's space. We tend to hang out in the kitchen which is warm and cosy and usually full of good food. We like to keep a tidy home but are not cleaning-schedulers, as long as everyone pulls their weight.

We have a cat called Bartholomew who's only demand is that you pat him sometimes and throw his toys about occasionally. He's quite talky.

The flat is located in a very quiet street, just 2 minutes from the beach and Palmeira Square. It's a brilliant location. Everywhere is walkable, including all the supermarkets etc

Bills are not included in the rent but usually come to just under£100 per month.

We are looking for someone equally relaxed, who has their own life but just as happy to hang out too. The move in date is somewhat flexible but we're looking at around Dec 7.
