Mezzanine in Regency flat with balcony & sea view
This private room has a double mezzanine bed, a sofa and a balcony with sea views. The room has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
It is on the first floor of my Regency flat in the heart of Hove, a few minutes walk from the centre of Brighton.
The flat is a two minute walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars of Hove and ten minutes stroll along the sea to the centre of Brighton.
There is a clean and modern bathroom, a large, well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs and all mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher etc).
Bills & wi-fi included. Would suit a professional person working Mon-Fri.
I am very easy going and sociable but if you want to keep yourself to yourself, that is absolutely fine too!
GETTING AROUND:
There is an excellent bus service but everything is within walking distance.
THIS IS A MON-FRI LET ONLY - THANK YOU.
WEEKLY AVAILABLE AT £150. 00 PER WEEK.
Thank you:)
