Double room available February in central Hove on Holland Rd close to Palmeira Sq & Davigdor Rd bus routes. Only 10 min walk to Hove station or 5 min bus to Brighton station.

The house is semi-detached with large beautiful garden to rear and residents parking available in 'O' zone with no current waiting list.

The room is furnished with wardrobe & chest of drawers with plenty more built in storage. Shared use of bathroom with digital power shower/bath. Virgin Media TV & wifi.

I'm a IT professional and live/work up in London during the week and come back to Hove most weekends. You'll therefore have the house to yourself a lot of the time. I like to keep the place clean and tidy and would be looking for that in a housemate too.
