My name is Megan I am the tenant of a lovely 1 bedroom flat in Lansdowne Place in Hove and I am helping the landlord to find new tenants. I am leaving it because with my boyfriend we are mooving to London.

I am leaving the flat around the 3/01 so it will be available starting from that date but can be flexible. I am helping him but the landlord will be your future main contact. This is a serious ad for a very nice and helpful private landlord who is looking for a professionnal couple.

The rent is 800£/month bills not included.
The deposit is 6 weeks of rent.

- 1 good size living room with 2 large beautiful windows, the flat is very bright and sunny when the weather allows it.

- 1 bathroom with toilets and a massive bath.

- 1 huge kitchen fully equipped with oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There's also a big window with a cute view on a courtyard with gardens.

- A long hallway leads to 1 large bedroom with fitted wardrobe.

The flat is on the second floor in a lovely building, 5 minutes walk to the seafront which is down the street! Really close to Brighton centre too, about 10 minutes walk to Churchill square and plenty of shops and buses just down the street.
