Beautiful Large double room available

Hi,

My flatmate is moving out of the flat in about two weeks time and I am looking for someone else to move in with me.

The large double room is up for grabs as I will be moving to the smaller room. The flat is super nice and in a great location. Around the corner from Hove Station. 10 min walk to the seafront and George Street. Town is about 20 min walk.

I am looking for someone who is chilled, sociable and will be a proper flatmate. Wouldn't want to live with someone who just hung out in their room the whole time as it is just the two of us it would be nice to hang out.

About me. I work in PR full time near Haywards Heath. Don't usually go too mad during the week but I do go out for drinks and occasionally have friends round for a couple and a catch up. I am usually about at the weekends but go and see friends and family too. I wouldn't mind if my flatmates had people over, would be nice to get to know people.

My current flatmate is the current owner of the flat and will be leaving some furniture. You will need your own bed though and I will have some furniture to use in the lounge, like a sofa, TV, some cabinets etc so that should be fine.

Money wise...550pcm for the room and this does not include bills. I think I will be changing some of the current providers to make the bills a bit cheaper but I would factor in £100 extra for bills too. In total you will be looking at £650 pcm.

If you are a couple, which I totally don't mind living with, the rent would be £650 pcm. The double room is huge and lovely. So is the living area so there would be room for all 3 of us.
