I have a really attractive & spacious double room to let, in a bright, clean, neutral 3 bedroom flat with all the usual mod cons including: Superfast WiFi broadband, 42inch Plasma + various consoles, Movie Projector with a role down screen! A fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, Double glazing, excellent central heating included in the rent.

The flat is located in an extremely quiet side street, only 5mins from Hove station, 1mins from George street, & 5-10mins from the seafront.

About me: I'm a super chilled 40 year old guy, who work's 9-5 doing IT for a big charity based in Brighton. I have a pretty busy life, & are out doing my own thing alot of the time, but at the same time it would also be good to have a flat mate to hang out with from time to time (drinks out/diner in etc.). I get on with most people, & are extremely respectful of other people's space.

The important thing to also mention is that I'm a full time dad every other week (so 50% of the time), to my super chilled, & wonderful ( in my option ;) 8 year old son who has one of the 3 bedrooms. Based around this, I am looking for the right person who respects that, & are prepared to be flexible on the moving date (give or take 1 or 2 weeks), for the right flatmate.
