There is a fully equipped kitchen with double fridge freezer, dishwasher, lots of storage, large breakfast bar, a dining table and seating area. There are 2 living rooms, satellite TV and fast wireless broadband, a cloakroom and family bathroom. We have a well-established south-west facing garden, 2 decking areas, a summer house and bike shed.

The household consists of 3 professionals, a couple and single male. We are all friendly and enjoy the odd glass of wine and meal together. There is free on street parking with quick access to the A27. Portslade Station is a 5 min walk away and we are situated between Portland Road and New Church Road so on the main bus routes to and from town, about 15 mins.

There are lovely local gastro pubs, supermarkets and shops all within walking distance. There is an Active-4-less gym 1 min walk from the house and the sea a 10 minute walk away.

Rent is inclusive of all utility bills, 60meg Virgin Broadband and TV package, and weekly cleaner.
