Friendly house share in central hove. I have a lovely mansion flat and am looking for a second lodger.
We're really close to George Street and the sea so it's an ideal location - also very close to frequent bus routes for those in or out of central Brighton.
We all work long hours during the week, and enjoy a glass of wine/beer on a weekday watching a little bit of TV, and let our hair down at the weekends. Generally though we're a pretty chilled out household and it's a lovely building.
It's a light double., unfurnished bedroom.
Broadband and sky tv are included in the rent. One months rent required as a deposit and £100 admin fee.
