I have a room available from 1st April It is spacious with bay windows overlooking the front garden. It has some nice attractive
furniture and there scope to bring your own if you wish.

I'm a quiet, friendly, laid-back person, leading an active life - in and out during the day and out at least 3 evenings a week. I'm combining work with study, so away at least one weekend a month. Although a female is preferred this this would suit anyone who wants a relaxed chilled place to live.

Rent covers utilities, TV license, superfast broadband, (except the landline), netflix, use of the living space, toiletries, and cleaning materials etc. No general housework required except for in the shared kitchen space.

The flat is wonderfully situated, being less than 10 minutes walk from the seafront. If you have a car, parking is available on the street. It’s permit parking and there is no waiting list for this zone R

A lovely little cat lives here who once she gets to know you, loves little strokes.
