A friend and I are looking for 2 people to join us in a flat share. The rooms available are both doubles one large and the other small the small still comfortably fits a double bed and wardrobe. They come either furnished or unfurnished. The pictures attached are how it is before we have moved in! We would like to keep thing clean and tidy. We both work days and enjoy socialising in the evening.
The small room is £375 pcm and the large one is £425 that includes water and council tax. There is also a £160 agency/reference fee and the deposit is 6 weeks rent. Rooms are available immediately!
