Double Room Available In Lovely 2 Bed Flat In Hove

I'm an easy going 27 year old professional female looking for someone to move in to the second room in my lovely top floor flat in Hove as my friend and her boyfriend are moving back to Chichester at the end of May. It's a great location with Tesco round the corner, a 15 minute walk to Hove Station and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach if you fancy beers in the sun, a nice weekend walk or a swim in the sea if you're feeling brave! Parking is permit however there is no waiting list. The flat has a great communal lounge room and a nice kitchen and bathroom with a shower and small bath. All kept nice and clean and tidy. The room has an inbuilt wardrobe, which was a massive bonus for me! If a couple was interested then I would be looking for £600 rather than £495. Bills aren't included but would work out at approx £100 on top each month. We currently rent through Sawyer and they have asked that the new tenant is put on the contract and will be subject to normal admin fees/deposit etc. I work during the week 9-5 and often visit friends or may invite them over at the weekends. I really hope I can find a friendly, like minded housemate as I only moved to Hove last year and don't want to move out, this flat really has been a great place to live.

I enjoy going to the gym and chilling out, watching Netflix or eating yummy food, during the week. I like to socialise and have a drink or two, staying in or going out, at the weekend. I enjoy travelling and have done the stereotypical gap year route but want to add more countries to my list (although this requires saving pennies!) I'm keen to meet new people and try new things.
