I'm an easy going non-smoking professional guy who is clean, tidy and respectful. The flat is my home so it's not a party pad - it's somewhere to relax and chill out. I'm looking for someone similar to join me who enjoys company but also has their own life and interests. There is a possibility of two cats joining the household soon so the new flatmate will need to be a cat-lover! Sorry, but I can't accommodate any other pets. Please note that this is for SINGLE occupancy only. I'm flexible on the terms so if you want somewhere Monday-Friday then I might be able to accommodate.
I work shifts & irregular hours so the new flatmate will have to take this into account, but it also means that I am aware of your needs if you do the same. Cabin crew, nursing etc etc all very welcome.
