We have one lovely, light room available in our three bed flat in Hove, close to the St Anne's Well Park. The room is an unfurnished large double room for £355 a month (approx £450 including all bills), available from 3rd May 2015.
The flat has a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a deposit of £333 plus agency fees. It's a relaxed and quiet space. Current flatmates are two females both mid to late 20's, creative, crafty types!
