Light, spacious 3 Bed flat near Hove Lawns

Hi there House Mate Hunters,

We live in the most lovely, light filled, split level flat near Western Rd and a block from Hove lawns and the beach.

We are Sarah and Toria (both 28 year old professionals) looking for someone cool to come and live with us.

We just love our flat, it's amazing!!! Well appointed, spacious, full of light and the bedrooms are all separated from each other, so lots of privacy.

A real plus is that we have a fabulous relationship with both our property managers and our Landlords, who are not only lovely, but attentive and very helpful.

We are both friendly, sociable girls who enjoy making the most of where we live. We enjoy the odd movie, meal (both foodies) or cheeky beverage at home or in one of the many local watering holes.

We are hoping to find someone like minded- it would be great to live with a person who wanted to hang out occasionally (don't worry, we do have our own mates too) rather than someone that just wants to hang out in their room all the time. Why live in a house when you can live in a home.

We are respectful, and like to keep things pretty tidy, but we are not OCD, and have a cleaner to take care of communal areas for us once a week.
