Double room to rent in 2 bedroom flat in Hove

I have recently bought a two bedroom flat and I’m looking to rent out the other double room and share my home with someone.

The flat is in an excellent location, part way between Hove and Brighton Station. Both stations are only 10-15 minutes walk away. The flat is tucked away on a quiet street but benefits from being really close to all the local amenities-supermarkets, doctors, pubs/bars, restaurants, gyms, parks and the beach. The flat is on the main bus routes too.

It has a very large lounge, kitchen (including all essentials - washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc). The bathroom has a bath and shower. The bedroom comes unfurnished and is large enough for a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (10ft 10inches x 7ft 7inches). The flat also benefits from separate secure bike storage, a laundry room and a small communal garden.

The rent is £500 per calendar month, including bills. The deposit for the room is £500. To hold the room half of the deposit (£250) will need to be paid up front.

It is located in Parking Zone O that currently has no waiting list. There is street parking available on the same street or nearby roads.

I am quite independent and have a lot of hobbies but equally enjoy a quiet night in. Ideally I am looking for a female professional of a similar age. No students, DSS, couples, pets or smokers please.
