I am looking for someone to share my spacious Victorian house with me for 4 to 6 mths. The bedroom overlooks the south facing garden and has a table/desk plus large fitted wardrobe. The shared bathroom is adjacent with bath, shower and toilet. There is a second toilet dowstairs. Large modern eat in kitchen and a seperate comfortable lounge. I will be travelling away for long periods and so it is important that you are mature, reliable and independant. Would suit someone who likes a quietish home. There are frequent buses to Brighton a few minutes away and Hove station is under 10 mins walk. There are plenty of shops, cafes and decent pubs in the neighbourhood. Permit parking on road. Rent includes water, council tax and Wifi but not gas and electricity. Non smoking employed professional please (sorry no couples )
