Hi there, unfortunately our current flatmate is moving abroad in November and we are now looking for a fourth person to share our flat with. I'm Ana, an English teacher and a postgraduate student at Sussex Uni. My husband Leo is on a barber training programme in London and Daniel is a Brazilian guy working and spending some time in England, we are all in our thirties. We are renting a double bedroom for £550 month with all bills included (furnished room/ fibre broadband). My husband and I have our an ensuite bathroom upstairs, so the bathroom you can see in the pictures is for the lodgers' use only. The flat also has a back garden, wooden floors, high ceilings, lots of character and plenty of natural light. It is a 10 minutes walk from the beach and Hove Lagoon. There are a variety of shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Very good access to public transport (5 minutes walk from train station). Free parking zone and 5 min walk from the Underground Gym. We are looking for a friendly and sociable but also independent flatmate. The room is perfect for you if you like to live in, and keep the place clean (especially the kitchen and bathroom). One month deposit and references required. We have a playful Parson Russell Terrier called Benjamin, so it goes without saying that you need to be a dog lover :)
