Your room has a very comfy kingsize bed, bedside tables and armchair, central heating, WiFi access, TV ariel socket, two velux windows with black-out blinds (the sun streams in!) and a view over the roof tops of Hove across which you can just about make out the sea! The en-suite bathroom has toilet, bath with shower head, sink and heated towel rail. Other furniture now in the roomincludes wardrobe, chest of draws, shelf units, bathroom mirror and storage - all in white to match the light, bright style of the room.

You will share the open plan livingroom and kitchen where you will have your own cupboard space, use of EETV and all kitchen equipment and white goods.

You will share the flat with the owner - I moved to Hove 3 years ago, I work in social housing in London and work from home one day a week. I am friendly and sociable, clean and tidy and up for sharing the odd meal, TV show, chat and or pint with the right flat mate.

I am looking for a friendly, professional, clean and tidy flat mate to share this lovely flat with me. It is important to me that you are either gay or gay friendly. . I am out or away quite a bit so there will be times that you will have the flat to yourself.
