We are centrally located at the back of Tescos ,and just a 10 minute walk to Hove Train Station. Additionally, we are less than 10 minutes away from many buses linking to the City and Universities. The beach is short walk from the house, and also to the King Alfred Leisure Centre and Gym. Very close to St Andrews school.

Ideal for friends sharing who want their own room in the same house. The rooms are available to rent separately. We are looking for either Professionals or Students who are friendly and considerate. Pets are welcome.

The property has a patio and garden, which is fully available to all residents and pets. The house also has a communal living room, kitchen and bathroom with an additional downstairs half bathroom. There is a washing machine and a utility room. Virgin Wi-Fi broadband is included, good signal

Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas oven and hob with newly fitted kitchen units, and a table and chairs. Washing machine Miele .Access to the garden and utility room is from here.

The living room has a cozy feel complete with an electric fireplace, sofa and chairs. Bookcase and bureau.

I am expecting all residents to be respectful and clean. Any mess made in the communal areas are to be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis. Personal rooms must always be kept clean.
