Double bedroom coming available *must see*

I'm looking for a new likeminded flatmate for a stunning 2 double bedroom, split level property.

The property is in a prime location - border of Brighton and hove (parking permit zone m).

I'm a 28 year old female and have been in this flat for a year and a half and am looking for a new flat mate as my current flatmate is moving to London.

I'm looking for someone likeminded to move in - someone who is looking for a place they can call home and someone who is respectful and clean. I love sports - mainly cycling, hockey and running, it would be great to have someone who is likeminded and would like to go on a run or a cycle together but someone who also likes the odd tipple or two and takeaway as well :) in a nutshell I'm looking for someone I can be friends with.

Now on to the flat stuff:

The property is available on 30th December but may be available a little bit earlier (we can discuss if needs be). Bills are around £130 - £140 extra per month so it totals £630/£640 per month. I can give you a proper breakdown when you come to have a look round.

Deposit is a month's rent - £500 which is protected in a deposit scheme.

The flat was originally completely unfurnished but all the furniture will stay, however the room will be unfurnished.
