Just off the seafront, this is a large double ensuite room for single occupancy. It's 10 minutes' walk into central Brighton, 20 minutes to the station and 10 minutes to the hospital.
I work from home, so I would prefer a lodger who goes out of the house to work, or at least studies a lot of the time! The rent covers all bills, including your council tax, fibre broadband, and a cleaner who comes every other week. I don't have any pets, although we may get one soon, and we're a non-smoking household.
