i am looking for a friendly, considerate lodger (no couples please) who is sociable but also likes their own space, easygoing (but house-trained(!)) who has like-minded interests - arts, cooking, music, going out, staying in etc.

I am a 35 yo female and I work freelance. I teach piano from home (not weekends), so the ideal person would need to be ok with that.
