Single room for rent in Kemptown

Hi, we are three third year medical students looking for a fourth person to complete our 4-bed house. We are generally tidy and respect each others' space, and would like our new housemate to do so too. Being in medical school, we spend most of our time at the hospital, but we do cook quite a bit at home too. If you are not a full-time student, then unfortunately you would have to consider the cost of bearing council tax on your own. The room for rent is a large-ish single bedded room right next to the kitchen with a built-in cupboard, built-in wardrobe, a table, lamp, and a swivel chair. It also houses the boiler tank so it should be relatively warmer than the other rooms. We have a washing machine, fridge, internet and a conservatory.
