The flat is in a great location, just steps from the famous Brighton sea and within walking distance of most Brighton attractions, not to mention dozens of really cool pubs.

The flat is on two levels (plus a loft space). As you walk in this comfortable flat, you are greeted with two bedrooms on your left, a toilet right in front of you and stairs up to the main living area to your right.

The main level features an airy living space complete with open plan modern kitchen, compact dining room table and sofa that converts in to a spacious double bed.

The kitchen is well appointed. It is outfitted with modern conveniences such as a fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave etc. There is ample storage space for a fully self-catered option. The space also includes a collapsible dining room table that can seat 6 comfortably.

The double room comes with large windows and a small balcony. It also has a large closet to store your clothing.

The very light and airy single room comes with a large window and built in cabinets for storage. This also has a trundle bed, so it can turn into a double.

A full bathroom complete with shower and bathtub is directly across from both bedrooms and it comes with amazing water pressure and hot water (a rarity in these 200 year old buildings!)

The flat is £600 for two weeks. There is some room for negotiation for the start and finish date, but it is available from the 19th of December, until the 5th of January.
