It will take Approximately 20-25 minutes walking distance to arrive at either the BRIGHTON PALACE PIER or THE STEINE in Brighton town centre. Therefore providing excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price. The house is located next to Brighton marina in a private road close to The beach (about 8 minutes away), many shops such as ASDA and LiDL supermarkets and also provides free parking if you have a car or BIKE. WE are near to EASTERN ROAD and BRIGHTON COUNTY HOSPITAL. We have all the modern conveniences including Washing facilities, WiFi access, Hot shower, and excellent cooking facilities for when you are entertaining Dinner Guests. as we have gas fired Hob and an excellent OVEN. The House provides plenty of space and has an atmosphere of Tranquility and is a peaceful place to live, which people often remark upon?
