I am a friendly health professional looking for a new flatmate. The room is a double room to rent in a lovely area of Kemp Town. Access to a community garden is included. Great for picnics in the summer. The flat is very convenient for those that work at the hospital.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, shelves, chest of drawers, blackout blind and full length mirror. There is also further storage wardrobe in hallway if needed.
I am looking for someone who is friendly and easy going. I am not looking to live with a couple and unfortunately no pets! My current housemate and I sometimes watch a film in the evening and share a glass (or bottle) of wine together. However we also get on with our own things as well. I hold a craft night for friends once a month so you are very welcome to join us!
Moving in date is the 12th July 2015 . Bills should come to about £100 a month approx give or take. Please get in touch if you would like more information and tell me a bit about yourself!
