Large Double Room In Beautiful House - Roof Terrac

We are two friendly professionals (both Primary School Teachers) looking for another professional to replace our current housemate who is going travelling.
We have a beautiful house in a quiet area of Kemp Town, less than 5 minutes from the beach and about a 15 minute walk to town. We are just in front of the County Hospital. It also has an incredible roof terrace that gets the sun all day long!
The room that's available is huge and has two amazing wardrobes, with pull out shelves for your shoes! It comes furnished, with a comfortable double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a sofa. However, if you had your own furniture that wouldn't be a problem. Please note that some of the photos shown are of when we first moved in, so it looks a bit bare. More photos to follow but the house really should be viewed as it's gorgeous!!

We work hard, and although we like to socialise and have the occasional party, we are not party animals. Ideally we'd like to become friends with our new housemate as we currently buy and cook food together, and hang out together in the evenings.

Our landlords have quite a strict referencing process so whoever takes the room should ideally be a professional with a steady income. Email us if you're not sure. The details are as follows: £533pcm rent, £500 deposit, £100 fees to agency for references check etc. We also pay a small amount each month (around £6) for tenant's insurance and then other bills on top.
