Two good size double available in flat with amazing sea views in central kemp town. The lounge is enormous, no idea of dimensions but is huge. Has a kitchen obviously, a bathroom that will be shared between the two new flatmates (I have an en suite), and the available rooms are good sized doubles both with high ceilings. Both rooms are unfurnished. One is 12.5 x 14.5ft and is available for £580pcm, the second room, which is also very quiet and at the back of the flat is 12 x 17.5ft and is available for £620pcm.

Please note only looking for people who leave the flat for work. No 'work from homers' I'm afraid, and the rooms are not available to couples.

I have sofas in the living room but both rooms are unfurnished as stated. I have been asked by the landlord to take on and manage the flat myself for six months. You will be subletting from me with his permission. I will be leaving after 5 or 6 months as buying a place with my girlfriend. Whoever moves in may well be able to take my place as lead tenant and continue in the flat longer term.

I'm a young early 40s, full time professional. Looking for same. Social, Looking for 1 male and 1 female around 35-45 who are independent, and quiet during the week, but of course weekends are to be enjoyed. Not looking for a crazy party house, but the odd party and dinners are fine. No TV in the living room though, better for music and chatting, but I do like the odd movie night on the projector!

Short term lets considered but will be at a higher rate.
