The bedroom

This is a lovely, self-contained 2-room annex in the heart of Kemptown. Comes with a nice-sized bedroom and its own open-plan kitchen/living room and bathroom with shower. This property also has its own access to our big shared garden.

The annex is attached to the main, large detached house where we live. Both properties have their own entrances. All housemates in the main house are friendly and have lived in Brighton for 4+ years, and happy to help out.

Bills not included. The annex is free to move into from April 12th and the contract is expected to go on until September. (The contract is rolling, but all housemates will always get 2 months' notice from the landlord before having to move out).
