Friendly Brighton houseshare

A lovely double attic room is now available in a friendly houseshare in kemptown. It has its own private staircase and has views of the downs, on a clear day you can even glimps the sea. The room is unfurnished.
The house is full of character and has a pretty garden perfect for bbqs in summer. There is also wood burning fireplace in the living room which is really cosy in winter when curled up watching a movie on Netflix. we are two minutes from lidl, five minutes from the beach and it is a lovely twenty minute walk to town. There is also a fantastic bus service which is really regular with a stop two minutes round the corner with number 1 and 7 buses going straight to town, hove and portslade.

My housemates are two really lovely female health care workers, the house is friendly and social buy not a busy loud house. We enjoy spending the occasional evening togever with dinner and a class of wine, but we also respect each others space.
The ideal housemate would be just as friendly as my current housemates, of a similler age (30+), not a student or smoker, and is willing to do their bit to keep the house clean and tidy.
The rent is £450 per month with bills usually coming to about £110 each per month. The deposit is £660 plus the first month's rent of £450, with no agency fees.
