Anyone looking for a room? Got 1 double room available for rent at our lovely house from mid May. Just off Edward Street, Kemptown/ Hanover way. £ 350 a month plus bills (What a steal!). Garden, large bathroom, large kitchen/ dining/ sitting area. Living with working folk aged 30ish. Looking for a responsible, clean, professional, ideally in in their 30's or late 20's, that contributes to keeping the house nice and tidy, and that wants to make this house their home. This is not a party house but we do enjoy having a bit of a gathering every now and again.
