All utilities, broadband and council tax is included in the price.

The kitchen has gas stove, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher. There’s a double bath & shower, dining room, lounge with modern av equipment, and a second conservatory dining area leading to the garden.

Superfast wireless broadband, Virgin Plus TV is included in the rent.

Bathroom is a beautifully designed wet room with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.

One cat lives in the house. She is sweet and affectionate.

The house is centrally located in the colourful rows of Victorians on the hill between Hanover and Kemptown. A short walk to Brighton Station and minutes from St James Street.

Both of us are professionals with a good sense of humour, tidy, maintaining a busy life and sharing a home. The house is easy going and calm. Live in Landlord, which means you don't have to organise repairs. No couples.
