Lewes room in family home

The room is at the top of a four storey house on quiet street in Lewes, 12 minutes walk to station, two minutes from buses to Brighton and central Lewes. It is fully furnished with bed, fitted desk, hanging space, bookcase, pine chest of drawers, comfortable chair and pine storage cupboard. I can provide linen if required. Use of lovely kitchen/diner (with sofa)
Large bathroom shared with one other or if preferred exclusive use of shower room on lower ground floor.
We are a friendly mother and adult son combo and would welcome someone of another nationality as well as someone British. We speak French, Spanish and some Portuguese and Germsn.
