I've got two bedrooms upstairs:

Double comfy bed, big wardrobes, desk.
This south-west facing room has a gorgeous view from the window gets spectacular sunsets!!

Bedroom 2 (available from 15th of July)
Gets early morning sun (east facing), windows to the street side
More spacious, and has plenty of storage.

There's also converted loft which is currently being redecorated.

LOCATION
quiet &peaceful countryside vibes, close to the Bevy pub.

49 bus line which takes you to:
~20 min by bus to Open Market,
~30 min to Churchill Square.
~10 to big ALDI, Sainsbury's (or 20 min walk)
The bus conveniently stops on the doorstep!

YOUR FLOOR
The whole floor with the front entrance is yours (to be shared between upstairs tenants):
The bathroom with a bathtub,
Kitchen with oven, microwave washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher can be arranged.

The rooms upstairs are freshly painted and decorated so hopefully, you'll enjoy it! :)

Garden
Gets all-day sunshine, terrace with BBQ!

BILLS
divided by all tenants proportionally, so far in the coldest month didn't exceed £100 per person

FLATSHARE

I'm looking for rather calm, friendly and respectful people.

I live downstairs in a fully independent setup so you won't see me upstairs much uninvited ;)

I'm up for BBQing/drinks occasionally, but I allow my tenants to live their own lives undisturbed, so you'll have a lot of space&privacy .

(Saying that I ask you to be reasonably tidy & considerate towards your tenant next door pls)
