Great Value, Great location, short-term lets

We have rooms available for short term summer lets in this great value, well-located, semi-detached house with garden. Short term only as the tenancy on the entire house ends this September and it will be managed by someone else after that. The house is on Lewes Road, nextdoor to the Uni of Brighton buildings, a 5-10 min walk from the big Sainsbury's on Lewes Road, 5 min walk from Moulsecoomb train station (the train takes about 5 min into Brighton or up to Falmer for Sussex uni.) There is a bus stop next to the house (less than 1 min away!) and it's a 5-10 min bus ride into town or approx. a 30 min walk to Churchill square/the Pier.
We've got a garden too which is great in the summer and it's nice and big so great for bbqs etc in good weather and plenty of room to store bikes etc we've got a parking space behind the house and lots more in the street nearby. We've got wireless internet, Tivo and cable tv and a good shower/bath, 2 separate toilets and a large living room and kitchen. All rooms are furnished, this room has a single bed which could be swapped for a double if you have your own or would like to buy one.
Looking for housemates who are friendly and considerate. This would be great for workers or post-grad students (or any students except party-mad freshers!) Currently a mix of students/workers in our 20s to early 30s. We want this to be a fun, friendly but safe and comfortable house, I've lived here a few years and everyone living here usually ends up getting on really well and hanging out having meals together etc. We want to have fun and enjoy our time here but also live in a way that’s respectful and considerate to each other, it’s the kind of house where we try to let each other know if we’re having visitors and respect each other’s lifestyles.
It’s important that we all do our fair share of housework to try and keep the house a nice, clean and tidy place so we’re looking for someone who is happy to do their part to keep the place clean and is respectful and considerate. I know everyone says they are really clean at first but then often it doesn’t work out that way but seriously if you don’t do cleaning then don’t move in here because it won’t work out! I’m a vegetarian but don’t mind if my housemates aren’t (and none of the others at the moment are) but obviously it’s a plus point for me if you (cos of cooking together etc). It’s important that potential housemates are happy to recycle etc and are thoughtful about how they live in terms of impacting on other housemates. I’ve lived in shared houses for quite a few years now and have met some of my closest friends this way, so I know that when it’s done right it can be a great experience but that has to involve being good housemates to each other! I know it might sound cheesy but this is a home not just a house!
Utility bills (shared when the bills come split equally usually very reasonable) and tv/internet and council tax extra. It’s 6 weeks rent in advance when you move in but no deposit.
