The Bedroom

We have a double room available in our large, well kept, 3 bed house on Kimberley Road, Brighton. The room has inbuilt storage of a wardrobe, drawers and a couple of floating shelves. The rest of the upstairs consists of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs has the kitchen, very large living area (with a working fireplace), separate toilet and also a large conservatory. We have a grassy garden with decking and also a den at the bottom of the garden which is awesome in summer!
The house is fully furnished and has pretty much everything that you could need, though you would need to provide a bed for the bedroom itself.

There is a deposit of £623 and an agency fee of £180
Rent is £422 per month, including council tax.
We have 120mb Virgin Broadband at £38. 75 split between us monthly.
The electric and gas are currently both on top-up meters and we receive a water bill every 6 months.

The house is initially managed through JD Property, though once moved in, the house is managed by the landlord. Both the estate agent and the landlord are actually really lovely people and very easy to work with, which can be very hard to find!
