There is one room available in this four double bedroom property. Other tenants are females and we are looking for a male or female tenant. The room is very spacious, includes a wardrobe, desk, bed, bedside drawers and chair. There is ample room to add anything else should you require. The location of the property is great, it has a bus stop immediately outside and is within walking distance to both Moulsecoomb and Falmer campuses of Brighton University.

The rent is £346. 66pcm and bills are roughly £20pm although they are billed differently (quarterly and biannually). The council tax is around £34pm. There is a deposit of £396. 66 and agency fees.

The room is available from 20th June 2015 for a minimum of two months, we would ideally like a tenant who would like to stay on longer.

The three other tenants you'd be staying with are very friendly and quiet most of the time. There is a children's nurse, a Masters student and an adult nursing student.

We would be looking for someone friendly and easy to get along with, generally quiet as they work shifts/study.
