Big Room Available for Summer

Amazing room available from the 1st of July (could also include June if necessary) to the 11th of September. I have been living here all year without any problem but have to leave in summer for work issues. The room is very big and has a lot of space to store anything you need. It is located in The Avenue, 5 minutes walking from Brighton uni and no more than 10 minutes by bus to the University of Sussex and Brighton city center. The price would be 95 pounds per week plus 40 pounds per month for the bills. Ideal for those of you who are thinking in taking an english summer course or just want to stay a bit more in Brighton enjoying the sunniest city of England! Currently there are 4 flatmates which are very easy going.
