Spacious Double room with high ceilings and mod cons will be available from the 1st Dec. Its a 20-25 minute bus ride to the town centre Brighton and has easy access to A27 in all directions and supermarkets and shops 5 are minutes walk away.
The flat is warm in the winter and cool in summer. The room is a double but currently has two single beds in it and a wardrobe for storage and bedside and lamps for reading. There is also a desk and stool.
The bathroom, living area and kitchen are shared. There is a Microwave, dishwasher cooker and fridge freezer.
This is a non-smoking house but you can smoke outside in the garden.
I am no cleaning freak but like living in a clean environment therefore I am looking for someone who is clean and will be considerate. I enjoy, cooking, chatting, the odd glass of wine.
Pets not allowed. No DSS and the price for couples is £795.
Can be viewed Mon-Sun evenings, but text me in first instance if interested.
