Gay/friendly male for nice double room Peacehaven

Gay or gay-friendly guy wanted to share modern 3 bedroom bungalow in Peacehaven, in a quiet avenue just off the South Coast road, 5 mins walk to the frequent (inc night bus) Brighton/Eastbourne bus route, 4 mins walk to Sainsburys, 7 mins walk to the Meridian shopping centre and there is plenty of safe, free on-street parking with Central Brighton only 20 mins drive off-peak.

The room is bright, sunny and also quite private (end of hall, front of house) and nicely furnished with double bed, quality memory-foam mattress, new duvet, pillows and covers, 2 double wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, workstation / dressing table and own TV. Shared use of kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher), bathroom, lounge (Sky+) and there is also free wi-fi broadband. Secluded rear patio and garden for sunbathing.

We are both working professionals who try to have a positive outlook on everything, dont take ourselves too seriously and can laugh at ourselves and the world. One lives here permanently, the other works away during the week for 6 months of the year, so for long periods there would be just 2 people here.

Looking for tidy, employed adults with a GSOH and who have a bit of spark/personality to them, but are not party animals. We like to socialise but dont want to come home to find the place full of groups of strangers on a regular basis. No permanent couples but casual overnight guests are fine.

We are 1 smoker (trying to quit) and 1 ex-smoker, so smoking is OK as long as there is extra consideration for the ex-smoker.

Must be cat friendly as we have two 13 year old very affectionate cats!
