Hi I have a double room to rent out. I share a house with my brother who is in the navy so not home alot. I have 2 cats that are very friendly. The house is close to the main road and buses that go to brighton and eastbourne every 10 mins. The house is a 5 min walk to local shops and pub. Smokers are fine but I ask for you to smoke outside and not in the house. (Just like my brother!!)
