Double room in pet household to rent

Hi we are a lesbian couple looking to rent a room in our rented town house in Peacehaven.

We are in our early 30s and both professionals. One in the NHS and the other is self-employed. The offer would be a 3 month contract at first to check everyone is happy but could be longer.

We have a good sized double room available from 20th of January including bills. There is a double bed, desk and fitted wardrobes in the bedroom with lots of storage. We have a cleaner every Friday called Kathryn who cleans all the communal areas.

We have plusnet for internet which is unlimited and sky tv in the living room.

The house is near the Meridian Centre in Peacehaven and opposite there is a park with an outdoor gym then also there is Peacehaven leisure centre next to that. There is a massive Co-op just over the road from the park and a little shopping centre with small shops like hairdressers and butchers.

The house has 3 floors and the room available is on the top floor. Shared use of other facilities. There is also parking and a patio graden out the back.

If interested you must be a big animal lover. We currently have 2 small dogs (a jack russel and a Jack Russell cross) and 2 cats. We currently have builders plastic on stairs too due to the cats been buggers, so as I say is a very pet orientated house :)

They are reasonably well behaved but obviously it can be hectic at times, so people who love animals and have owned them in the past are best.

We are happy to hear from couples as well and people (rent negotiable) with pets such as hamsters, reptiles or fish. We can't allow anymore cats or dogs though.

There are regular buses the 14, 14c, 12, 12x and 12c run close to the house and there is a night bus. The beach is a 10 minute walk and there are takeaways and a nice pub close by.

We are pretty relaxed. My partner is at home a lot a she runs her business from the house. We tend to spend evenings in and maybe a few drinks on the weekends. Not looking for people who want to party or would be coming back late regularly etc.
