Flat is literally next to bus stop (#1a and 1 which is also the night bus n1) and 10 min walking distance from Portslade station. Around 15 mins walk to Hove Lagoon and Rockwater and seafront 🌊
2 min walk to Underground gym if you like to exercise.
Preferably a female and Looking for someone that is chilled , tidy and likes quiet nights. Im young in spirit and do like going out but like to keep the flat for resting and relaxing.
I work from home so preferably someone that doesn’t work from home but either way is fine.
There is a balcony so hopefully we can have the occasional glass of wine an a little chat.
