Lovely bright room in cosy home

Hi!

I am a 44 year old professional, who is friendly, open minded and outgoing. I am as tidy and clean as two children allow me to be! I am interested in fitness (Zumba, Aerobics and dance/Salsa), travel and more! I speak Spanish and English.

We have avaliable for rent a lovely, large attic room in our home. It currently has a double bed, but I can supply a single bed if you prefer. The room has three large Velux windows, so is very light and airy, but also clean, quiet and private. It is a lovely room to sleep in, everyone who has slept in it has found it very peaceful and relaxing. There is a shared bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath with shower attachment also. You will have the use of a lovely kitchen with a range cooker with double ovens. There is a patio garden, and a cosy living room. There is free parking in the street outside.

There are shops including the post office & Tesco and cafes and pubs within a few minutes walk, and the train station is around 5 minutes walk with direct trains to London. The A27 is a few minutes drive. The nearest bus stop is around 1 minute walk away and buses should drop you into central Hove with 10 minutes, Brighton city centre within 20 minutes.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy, considerate person to share our home.

Rent is £500 per month for single occupancy, £650 for a couple. It includes bills.
