I have a single room available in a dockland style modern flat. It is close to the beach, 5mins from Portslade Station and is a 20min bus ride into Brighton. There are lots of regular buses and a night bus which drops you just opposite the flat. The room is £375 inclusive of bills and wireless broadband.
we are a down to earth couple looking to rent out a room for a short time initially. The room would be suitable for any easy going, friendly person who is looking for a short term let with the possibility for extension. There is another tenant living with us in another room so you would be sharing with 3 other people ultimately.
