Smallish single room to rent in a lovely house. Off road parking available, the house has a large garden and will be lovely in summer. It also has a converted garage/ office if you need space to do work. All bills included, the house has very good broadband and BT tv. The property has a good size kitchen, equipped with new washing machine. No smoking in the house but in the garden is fine! Room is equipped with a small double bed. If you wanted to view the house and room then just email or text me and I will sort it out. Animals are welcome to a certain extent, just let me know before. Also I have put 3 months maximum but this can be extended if it is working out well! We are looking for a person who is clean, tidy and respectful as I leave for work at 7 in the morning!
