The house has two guys and a girl, we're looking for another girl to keep a good balance. We're looking for someone clean, easy going, able to get on with others, willing to help with gardening and housework where required, likes hanging out occasionally and share a meal from time to time. We are three professional housemates, in care work, I. T. and teaching. There is a lounge with TV, DVD and sofa seating for 7 plus people, kitchen with range cooker, a shower room and two toilets. The house has wireless broadband.

The house is around the corner from the main high street, train station and supermarkets. It's about 10 mins walk from the seafront, hove lagoon, etc.
