It's located in walking distance to both London Road and Preston Park stations and a short walk to the bus stop.

The house has wifi, central heating, a washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher and 2 bathrooms.

It also benefits from an open fire which is great in the winter.

There is a garden with a fire pit and BBQ which is a sun trap when the sun decides to shine!

We are looking for a person who is in full time employment and will do their share of things around the house like putting out the rubbish and recycling.

Although we all enjoy a drink and socialising, we are pretty much past our clubbing days and are looking for new members of the household who are respectful of others space and of noise levels especially during the working week.

The rent is £475 a month and bills are in addition to the rent and are around £80 - £90 per month including the weekly cleaner.
