1 minute walk to the beach and central high street.
Bus stop immediately outside with buses to town approx every 10 mins and bus only takes 8-10 mins to Brighton Pier. Drive time only 5 mins to pier.
Existing occupants, although over 50 are extremely active, have long term female partners (who live elsewhere) and are very hard working, clean and tidy and are out most evenings.
There is a resident cat who is in his twilight years but very young at heart, acts like a dog and loves cuddles.
Conservatory being redecorated ready for summer bbqs.

The under-cliff promenade is within a minute walk away and the very nearby downland tracks provide excellent walking, mountain biking and jogging environment that provide an immediate escape from the hustle and bustle of town traffic.
